I painted this piece originally in acrylic and oil on a 1 meter square canvas. It was taken from a sketch I did below Penlee Quarry in Newlyn, and looks across Mount's Bay with St. Michael's Mount just discernable on the horizon. I loved this as a real favorite in the leyline series of paintings from 2005 Atlantic Mapworks Gallery show. It makes a great print too! The print size is 700mm x 500mm (including white border and plain area under image), or 18"x18" actual picture size.
