1) Q . . .How do I best view the print images?
A . . .In the Prints
pages (large art prints, medium art prints,
small art prints, or giclée art prints) left click on a thumbnail (small)
print image. This opens another page with a larger image and a fuller
description of the art print. below this image again you will find the largest
size view of the art print.
2) Q . . .How do I purchase an art print (or prints)?
A . . .In the Product
page (ie.
where the second, larger-sized art print image appears, along with the fuller
description by the artist), left click on the quantity box and enter a figure
(1 or more), then left click on the 'add
to cart' button. From the page now
displayed you may either continue shopping (left click 'shop'), or proceed to
the checkout, (left click 'checkout'). Alternatively you can amend your order
by left clicking the sweet little waste-bin picture (trash-can), which removes
anything you may have changed your mind about! You are
not committed to anything at all yet , so
you can play around with purchasing possibilities to your heart's content!

3) Q . . . How do I take Advantage of the '3 for the price of 2' Special Art Print Offer?

A . . . In an Art
Print Page of
thumbnail (small) images, (either small art prints, medium art prints, large
art prints, or giclée art prints), every
4th art print image is actually a '3 for 2'
offer in respect of the
preceding 3 art prints. Simply left click
on this art print image, then in the ensuing page left click on the quantity
box, specify how many sets of these 3 art prints you require, and then left
click 'add to cart' button.

4) Q . .Can I mix-and-match different art prints from different art print sets, and still get the '3 for the price of 2' deal?

A . . . This is not possible through the regular
computer system for purchasing the art prints. You will need to e-mail us with
your preferences. We will
be as accomodating as we can, when it comes to you getting the art prints you
really want, at the best prices.

5) Q . . . Will there be any hidden charges?
|
A . . .There will be
no hidden charges whatsoever! You will only
pay the prices specified in the original art print product pages. These price
are currently only in US Dollars. There are no hidden extras!
Everything is carriage free, postpaid!
There is no V.A.T. (UK purchasing tax) on
any of the paintings or prints. Regarding credit cards: most UK credit cards
make a straight conversion into pounds sterling without any charge whatsoever
for currency conversion. If they do charge at all, it's usually around £1.50
per transaction. There is a small chance of this being true for your card, but
you'd have to check that for yourself.

6) Q . . .What are the crossed out Prices against some Art Prints?
|
A . . .These figures are the full prices for these
art prints. If a price is
crossed out,
then the art print is being offered at a reduced
sale promotion at the moment. These
promotions will vary from time to time.

7) Q . . .How do I Finalise my Purchase(s)?
|
A . . .Go to the 'Checkout'. You will find a link at the top of every page, if you dont happen to be in a product page, where there is also a button to the checkout near the bottom. The credit/debit card taking procedure is simple and self explanatory. Just complete you details. EVERYTHING is SECURE, so you needn't worry about anyone knowing your card number. Nobody ever gets to see it!

8) Q . . What do I do if I Really Don't Like my Purchase(s)?

A . . .Although we really hope this will not be the case, but if you feel you want to return anything you have purchased from us, you can do so anytime in the following 12 months, providing it is still in the condition you received it. Just pack it up and return it for a full refund. Please e-mail us to tell us in advance.

9) Q . . .What if Goods arrive damaged?
|
A . . .Please e-mail or ring us straight away if anything arrives damaged. Tell us what is the damage. We will replace your order for you as soon as we are able. We will tell you if you will need to return the goods, and will reimburse you for any expenses you incur in doing this.

10) Q . . .What if I have other questions which are not answered here?
|
A . . . Please send us an e-mail through the comment boxes either on the home page or 'contact us' page. We will endeavour to get back with an answer as soon as possible, which will normally be within 24 hours. (except weekends)
